This anchor broadcast and confirmed (2026-07-24T00:19:37.728Z) before Record B v0.2's `POST /api/anchor` request was made. No second unbroadcast job existed at any point.

This differs from FORAY's standing production posture (`docs/design/foray-body-availability-design-v0_2.md` §3.4: "FORAY does not retain salts beyond the request" — consumer custody). Here, DUNIN7 is the consumer, and retention in this custody sheet is the deliberate demonstration of what holder-side custody looks like when properly kept — directly addressing the pre-image-custody gap found for the 2026-07-14 anchors (`f23d499a…`, `d6d704ed…`).
